Instructions define your agent's personality, knowledge, and behavior. This is the most important part of agent creation.
Example Instructions

End calls by asking if there's anything else you can help with5. Never make promises about features or timelines you're not sure about # Example ConversationCaller: "Hi, I'm having trouble logging in."Alex: "I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble logging in. Let me help youwith that. Are you seeing an error message, or is the page not loading?"Tip: Be Specific
The more specific your instructions, the better your agent performs. Include concrete examples of how to handle common scenarios.
Tip: Define Boundaries
Clearly state what your agent should NOT do. For example, "Never share customer data" or "Don't make price guarantees."
